Rental is by the week from SATURDAY to SATURDAY

CHECK OUT IS NO LATER THAN 10 AM. It is important to be timely. We have limited time to clean before the next guest arrives.
$2200 per week plus $300 damage deposit and $200 cleaning deposit.
There is a charge of .15 Euros per KW for excess electrical usage above average 100 kw per week.
NOTE: YOU MUST LEAVE THE HOUSE AS CLEAN AS YOU FOUND IT. THERE WILL BE A CHECKLIST FOR YOU TO COMPLETE. IT IS OUR HOME, NOT A HOTEL. THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING.
